Since WFL has abandoned us I decided that today I will blog my lunch. This takes a little prep time at home but very well worth it.
What you need:
1 tin tuna in brine
½ tin sweet corn (not creamed)
1 tbs lite salad cream (or if you not being health conscious, mayonnaise)
1 boiled egg
1 spring/green onion
a few lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
What to do:
Mix everything together and enjoy
Next time I think I may add some paprika :)
Sounds good, never thought of adding sweet corn to my tuna salad...
